Do you know a young writer on Cape Cod?

The Cape Cod Writers Center continues to take applications for our upcoming workshop for Cape Cod writers in grades 7-12. Our tuition-free Tomorrow’s Writers Today program provides young people an opportunity to work with published authors and journalists who oversee their work, share concepts, and provide insights into the realities of professional writing, literature, journalism, and communications.

The first workshop of the 2013-14 school year will be held on Saturday, November 2 at the Barnstable Intermediate School in Hyannis. This promises to be a fun and inspiring day, featuring novelist Arlene Kay, who will teach fiction writing, and nature writer, essayist, and columnist Mary Richmond, who will teach non-fiction writing.
