CCWC’s “Tomorrow’s Writers Today” Students Praise March 15, 2014 Workshop

Eighteen talented students grades 7-12 from the public schools of Cape Cod arrived at the Barnstable Intermediate School on March 15 to participate in the Cape Cod Writers’ Center Tomorrow’s Writers Today Program.

Our fiction instructor was Kevin Symmons, novelist and former president of the Cape Cod Writers Center Board of Directors. Nancy Rubin Stuart, journalist/author and Executive Director of the Writers Center taught the students about nonfiction.

Nearly unanimously, the students felt they enjoyed the program and learned a great deal.
