Cape Cod Writers Center’s Executive Director Nancy Rubin Stuart recently appeared on C-Span 3’s broadcast for a panel on “Revolutionary Women” related to her books  THE MUSE OF THE REVOLUTION and DEFIANT BRIDES on behalf of the newly- restored Abigail Adams Birthplace in Weymouth, Massachusetts.

Other panel members included Michelle McCoughlin, director of the Abigail Adams Birthplace: Sara Martin, assistant editor of the Abigail Adams Papers  and Bonnie Hurd Smith, director of the Judith Sargent Murray Society.

Wouldn’t those good friends Abigail Adams and Mercy Otis Warren be surprised to learn that their friendships have so much resonance today !
