Cape Cod Writers Center

Writers Night Out

Writers Night Out is one of our most popular and enjoyable events!

It’s a chance for writers to socialize, network, and learn.

Several times throughout the year and at various sites across the Cape, we invite authors, editors, and other experts to talk about writing and the business of writing.

WNO is a great way for prospective members to get to know the organization and its members.

Rescheduled with new date!

SEPTEMBER WRITERS NIGHT OUT

Behind every great story is historical research. It doesn’t matter if it’s fiction or nonfiction, about today or the past, you can be sure that the author spent time investigating historical details of the tale.

To learn more about historical research, you’re invited to the CCWC’s  Writers Night Out on

Thursday, September 28 at the Hyannis Public Library, 401 Main Street, Hyannis, MA

 from 6-8 p.m.

You’ll hear John T. Cumbler,  professor of history at the University of Louisville and author of several acclaimed historical books, discuss how to conduct in-depth research.
