 Diane Finney’s 10-Minute Play, “38 Minutes,” was selected as one of six finalists for the second annual Acorn Theater Spectacular Tournament of Playwrights competition. “38 Minutes” will be performed in the competition on November 10 at the Acorn Theater in Three Oaks, Michigan.

 Christine Lajewski’s collection of short stories, Erring on the Side of Calamity, is now available and her horror novel, Bonebelly, will be out at the beginning of October. She will read from Bonebelly and talk about life as a scare actor at the Sharon Public Library, Sharon, MA, on October 3 at 7:00 p.m.

 Alyssa Metcalfe has released a new children’s book, Mousebound, a farcical tale of rodent rebellion. The book is out under the pen name, Leslie Ann George, and details are available under this name on Facebook and Twitter.

Lee Roscoe  will be live streaming a Special Halloween Broadcast of “The Mooncusser’s Tale” by Lee Roscoe, starring Cape favorites, the Schuyler family, WOMR-FM, 92.1, 91.3, at 9 pm, Oct. 31, as well as podcast.
