This is a small, 8×10, 800-word children’s book, for ages 3-8, based on photographs of nature. The story follows the path of a balloon that floats around a park and through the woods while the children are playing in the playground. The balloon returns safely, after seeing deer, geese, plants, beehives and other friendly creatures. The text and images combine to encourage visual perception and language skills in young readers and those new to English (ESL).
