Children’s Book Writers’ Critique Workshop
Our team will work intensively on the craft of writing with new and more experienced writers, who have a goal to become published.

Saturday, September 29, 2012            9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: West Falmouth Methodist Church, 636 West Falmouth Hwy

Cost: $65.00 per person (limited to 8 writers)

Instructions: Contact Joan Walsh at irishseaside2@aol.com for instructions concerning the submission process of one picture book, or 10 pages of your chapter book, middle grade (MG), or young adult (YA) novel. All manuscripts should be in Times New Roman, font size 12, and double-spaced. Bring writing materials in case you choose to begin the revision process.

A continental breakfast is provided. You may bring a lunch or buy a delicious one at our West Falmouth Market. It has the best deli in town.

Schedule:

9:30-10:00         Welcome and Introduction of CCCW

10:00-Noon        Round Table Critique

12:00-1:00         Lunch

1:00-2:15           Round Table Critique, individual revision, and discussion

2:15-2:30           Closing by CCCW and your attendee critique.
