BOOKS AND THE WORLD

Madeline Holt interviewing Nathaniel Philbrick
Books and the World showcases authors in 15-30-minute interviews about their recent books. The program is recorded at the Cape Cod Community Media Center in Dennisport, MA and airs on local access stations around the state. Authors also use the show’s YouTube links to publicize their works. The show was pioneered by founder Marion Vuilleumier in 1978 to show how writers, illustrators, publishers, editors and others in the literary field play their roles in the world of books and other media of communication. We are grateful to the authors and proud that CCWC members continue to carry on this 40-year tradition by hosting and working on the set as camera operators and technical support.
Our Hosts: Madeline Miele Holt, Hugh Blair-Smith, Robert Reece, Kathy Aspden, Alyssa Metcalfe, and Kathleen Murphy
